Angela Yvonne is a licensed acupuncturist and holistic health practitioner. She completed her B.A. in psychology and family studies at Point Loma Nazarene University and then went on to complete her Holistic Health Practitioner hours and Master’s degree in Acupuncture at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Angela has been working as a massage therapist for the past three years in a variety of settings. She has worked with tri-athletes and runners with both acupuncture and massage to improve performance and promote healing of various injuries. She has worked at La Jolla Spa MD and Changes Plastic Surgery with post-surgical patients doing lymphatic drainage massage and myofascial release. Angela has spent the past year and a half working with OB/GYN patients, male and female infertility, and prenatal care at Galena Acuspa. Angela has a wide variety of experience treating a number of health concerns and prepares an individualized plan to meet the needs of each patient.

Angela works closely with the estheticians at Inner Balance to treat a variety of skin conditions and improve skin health. She uses nutrition, herbs and acupuncture to treat problem skin from the inside out.
