Appointments & Cancellations
Due to the popularity of our services, we highly recommend that you make a reservation in advance for your session. A credit card is required to hold your appointment time. Since your appointment time is reserved for you, and without advance notice others aren't able to fill that time, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment should you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be charged the full amount of your session time and/or will forfeit the value of the gift certificate on file. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.
Methods of Payment
Cash and all credit cards are welcomed. We do not accept personal checks.
Due to Covid-19 we require all clients to wear a mask while in the clinic. Your temperature will be checked prior to your session and if your body temperature is 100.4 degrees or greater we will have to reschedule your appointment.
All VIP memberships and Gift Certificates expiration dates have been extended for the amount of time we were closed for.
